Refunds

All payments made to ConsumerHaq are non-refundable. No refunds shall be issued after payment confirmation, guidance delivery, template sharing, or case review, even if the user decides not to proceed or the dispute remains unresolved.

Users acknowledge that payment is for guidance and facilitation, not for guaranteed resolution or legal representation. Completion of service delivery constitutes fulfillment of our obligation.

No refund will be issued even if the user utilizes only part of the service, stops responding, or chooses not to proceed with the guidance provided.

05. Independent Professionals

Where independent professionals are facilitated, they operate independently. ConsumerHaq is not responsible for third-party fees, and no refund is applicable for these facilitated engagements.

Errors

06. Duplicate Payments

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment for the same service or technical payment errors. Such requests must be raised within 48 hours.

Service is considered delivered once escalation guidance is shared, templates are provided, strategy is communicated, or facilitation is initiated.

By making a payment, the user acknowledges the no-refund policy, the lack of an outcome guarantee, and that payment is for structured procedural guidance.
